for Eight Years.

I studied L.L.B. I married at 19. For most of the next decade I lived inside four walls, weighing 64–67 kg at 152 cm — clinically obese, exhausted, and convinced this was just how my body worked.

I tried what most Indian women try. Skipped meals. Joined gyms. Listened to anyone with an opinion. Nothing held. So in 2014 I did the only thing I hadn't tried — I went and learnt the science myself.

2010

Married at 19. Life inside four walls.

Studying for an L.L.B and becoming a housewife in the same year. Weight crept up quietly — 67 kg at 152 cm. I told myself it was normal.

2014

The reset. I enrolled in a nutrition course.

Not for a career — to fix myself. I learnt that my sleep, hydration and eating windows were sabotaging me far more than my food. I changed my mind first, then my plate.

2015

Round 1 — 18 kg lost over 12 months.

90% consistency, 10% grace. 1.5 kg a month — no crashes, no cleanses, no supplements. Real food, weighed against real knowledge.

2015–16

Pregnancy. Daughter. +12 kg.

I gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Gained 12 kg back. Spent the months reading every paper I could on prenatal and postnatal dietetics — knowledge that now anchors my pregnancy clients.

2016

Round 2 — 12 kg lost in 4 months.

Same body. Same kitchen. But this time, the science was already in place. 3 kg a month — twice the pace, half the struggle. Knowledge collapses the timeline.

48 kg. Held for Six years and counting.

Ideal weight for my height would be 52 kg. I sit at 48 — by choice, by experiment, by knowing exactly how each dish behaves in my body. Maintenance, it turns out, is the easy part once you understand the rules.

2019

Founded Nutri Physician.

I started taking clients — first friends, then friends of friends, then strangers. Diabetes. Thyroid. PCOS. Cholesterol. Hypertension. Prenatal and postnatal cases. Every lab report that improved made the mission sharper.

Today

350+ reversals. Aiming for 100,000.

The goal is no longer about my own body. It's about pulling 100,000 obese Indians — with or without chronic disease — out of the medicine-and-supplement loop, using local, natural, seasonal food.

I lost 19 kg the first time at 1.5 kg a month. No crash, no cleanse, no detox. Slow is what stays. Every client I take on signs up for a 12-week minimum for the same reason.

My second reversal — 12 kg in 4 months — was three times faster than my first, on the same body. Nothing changed except what I knew. I owe every client that same head-start.
